Being a resident with 1st Class you get the Full treatment. We have 24 hours maintenance and emergency crew. You can pay your rent and place maintenance request on a secure portal. All of our residents are enrolled into our Resident Benefit Package which covers alot for you.. We inspect your home prior to you moving in. Best part we surprise you with a special gift once you move in with us.
At 1st Class Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $50/month which includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, on-demand pest control and much more! Your RBP Includes the following:
- Renters Insurance from an A-rated carrier
- HVAC air filter delivery directly to your door approximately every 60 days
- Move-in concierge service: one call to set up your utility services, cable, and internet services

Application Requirements
1st Class Property Management Resident Benefits Package (RBP) makes sure that every resident is compliant with their lease. With everything this package offers our residents do not have to worry about anything while renting from us.
By applying, Applicant agrees to be enrolled and to pay the applicable cost of $50.00/month which is added additional to their rent monthly.
Resident Rental Insurance
To satisfy the insurance requirement, the Tenant will be automatically enrolled into the Landlord or Property Manager’s Master Policy that satisfies the coverage requirements as part of the RBP which is liability coverage of $100,000 in property damage and liability coverage.
Tenants will be automatically enrolled into an insurance policy as part of the Resident Benefits Package. Coverage will begin on the effective date of Tenant’s lease and continue throughout the term of the Lease. Please refer to the evidence of insurance that is supplied by 1st Class Property Management for additional coverage details. The Resident Benefits Package monthly rate will be adjusted by the premium amount in the policy.
