Shanae is the visionary founder and CEO of 1st Class Property Management, a premier property management company serving the Washington D.C. metropolitan area and beyond. With over 13 years of hands-on experience in the property management industry, Shanae has earned a reputation for excellence, integrity, and results.
Throughout her career, she has personally managed more than 6,000 units, including single-family homes, apartment complexes, condominium communities, Section 8 housing, student housing, tax credit properties, senior living facilities, and low-income communities. Her deep knowledge across diverse property types makes her an invaluable asset to both new and seasoned real estate investors.
Driven by a passion to serve and a heart for community impact, Shanae founded 1st Class Property Management not just as a business, but as a mission — one rooted in the promise of Isaiah 32:18:
